About Me

I am a Computer Science Ph.D. student at Johns Hopkins University, passionate about computational genomics and bioinformatics. My research focuses on developing computational methods for pangenome analysis and applying Data Science techniques to genomics. I earned my Master's in Computer Science from IIIT Hyderabad and worked at TCS Research before joining the Langmead Lab, where I develop techniques to mitigate reference bias in genomic analyses.
